You ever work somewhere that a person kept falling up? I worked at the city and there was a iT security guy with no certs and little experience. He was making like 130k working director for the director. We were suppose to be onsite everyday. He didn't show up in the office for months. in the end he left the city for a another job paying him 20 k more. Yet the city still used him as a consultant. Wild. I need whatever he had. lol.

Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k.
