@Zartico sales are spiraling with high churn. In between RIF's and staff exits we're down to our last three sales staff. We have other challenges-our COO has gutted our marketing and sale orgs, spends $$ at our conferences on expensive hotels, costly meals, and meeting her friends but doesnt attend sessions. My question - what lead generation services are available and has anyone had experience working with sales contractors? There is no way we can hire directly for now. We must grow.
