I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi - a fractional Sales leader, Account manager, and / Business Development person is a great way to get strong talent at a fraction (haha - see what I did there?) of the price. The person needs to be set up as a 1099 / contractor.
It can also be a great way to try someone out before you hire them.
Several startups work this way and get giant-seized talent, also setting themselves up to scale.
I am a seasoned Marketing / Inside sales guy. Been doing this for like 15 years. Most of my great experiences were living in AZ. From 1992-2003. Than the sales markets were booming. This type of work now is like a Dinosaur. Its over, Im an old school hands on calling from computer lists of customers. And selling the products or service at hand. Live in Yonkers. No jobs!
