Thinking about making a switch from supply chain to marketing, any suggestions for tools/software that i should learn?

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.

Is offer amount justified as per my exp ? And what about the growth factor and work life balance in capgimini..

But, sometimes I feel stupid here, even for work which I have done previously. It's like I'm unable to understand instructions the first time around. And I have seen my colleagues getting annoyed by that. It's like I've become dumb. In my defence, I could say they're giving half assed instructions.

I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? Advice on pivoting into Sales from Accounting? I know I have the skills and it’s a better fit, personality-wise. I am not a super technical accountant, but my background is still a super strong skill set I bring to the table with me (the ability to process and translate the technical to layman’s terms, and the anticipation of client needs and wants). Sanity check. I like a nice lifestyle. Currently make 350-550k with bonus. 53 years old. About 400k in brokerage. Another 1.9million in retirement accounts. House worth 1.2 million with loan of 625k. For retirement pension will be $2400 per mo which goes to my wife if I die for life. Another 3800k Per month estimated from Social Security.
