Can someone guide on this?

My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Seems like your next step is simple. You should leave.
I dont have a narcissistic boss, but a severe micro manager and they point the finger and blame me for everything. I am talking about things that were done before i started work there. If i made the mistake, i own it. No apology either.
This happened to me. I was called into the owner's office. My client was there, and the boss asked me about something that happened two years before I was employed there.
It’s not your boss’ exclusive responsibility to develop you. Have you outlined what you want to learn and asked? Or sought internal or external training they could pay for? If they don’t want to pay for it then you could. Depends on how serious you are about developing what skills. What they “should” do is nice if they do it. It’s your life and your treasure though.
Please please please leave! Life is way too short to deal with those don’t align with your values. Best of luck. 🤞
