Yes, last year after being a CPA for 37 years. No big deal. I had to send copies of all the certificates which was a bit of a pain since I had many many that were 1 hour.
At this point, just try to get the information from your prior employer. Not much else you can do, especially if the trainings were internal and the employer was the one that got the certificate. But for future reference, I use the AICPA CPE tracking tool. It was great when they audited me. I didn’t have to provide anything else to the state. I do update it for every training I take, so it does require that, but you take it with you wherever you go.
Florida has its own we have to use. I’m hopeful it means we won’t get audited as much since they have all the data at their disposal.
