I've been one to live well beneath my means for years but I've been even more attentive to keeping my costs down and increasing savings the past 6 months. We can only influence certain things but I'm doing what is within my ability.

The current times are decent, when you compare them to the financial crisis in 2007-2008, covid, or the dot.com bust. While things are still okay, bulk up your emergency fund, pay down debt, and maybe sell a small percentage of your winning stocks to lock in some gains.
