I scheduled a meeting with a potential client at the end of the week. We're meeting up in public, so we were deciding where to meet, and they asked what I'll be wearing. So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Need some advice here. Senior 2, decent performance but I feel like I’m not progressing to the level that other seniors the same level as me are and pretty sure I’m ready to transition out of public.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.
