How often do consulting firms (mainly MBB) increase starting salaries for undergrads/MBAs joining?

What is McKinsey’s BA to EM path if you want to do an MBA? Is it still 2 BA -> 2 ASC -> EM, or can you return as an SBA/EM directly?
