How often do consulting firms (mainly MBB) increase starting salaries for undergrads/MBAs joining?

I.e MBB - MBA hires is around 190-192k in the US for the past 3 years.

I am currently working with fiitjee ltd kolkata as marketing manager. I have done BE in computer sc. And MBA in marketing and operations. I have total 8 years of experience. I want to switch from education industry to IT. I need help.
