What does a senior consultant make at Oliver Wyman?

I am moving from a senior consultant role to a senior engineer role at Databricks with the following offer:
- £ 50k base
- £ 12.5k commission
- £ 5k bonus (fixed)
- 3000 RSUs at 73$ per share
