Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA
Is the switching cost/risk and higher COL worth it?

Just higher base! Don’t lower RSUs
Probably on the same page as EY1. Base salary is on the low end these days and is close to what a C grade earns (without all those bonus). Assuming your SC salary is higher today, at least if you work in a BIG4 where we are very underpaid.

What's the vesting period on RSUs? If stock price remains flat, how much of that $200K do you get per year?
Wait, is it a privately held company? So no payout until a liquidity event?
