Anyone aware why time at level has now increased to 3 years at the USDC? Meanwhile folks in the Traditional model are moving up relatively quickly (usually at 2 years).

Found out that the Core dental plan includes $2,000 lifetime ortho coverage whereas the USDC’s does not. Sorry but if you do development work you do not deserve straight teeth…

Got 10% base pay hike and 10.1% AIP .
New base pay : 95k to 104.5k
AIP : 9600

Got my AIP+pay at 9700$ after taxes. I got promoted from SS to SSS in commercial S&A with EES(because for SS level S is the highest rating for leadership) so bummed!
