As soon as you come to terms that to Deloitte you are an on shore disposable cost saver the better. Switch to core or leave. Other consulting firms would love to have you.
No, even USDC managers are not allowed/eligible to travel to DU
Just switch and stop complaining
Just switch and start travelling and doing all the things what core guys do!
D5 you are not required to travel if you are aligned with USDC. If you are being “forced” to travel, you demand a move to core, or ask them to roll you off the project. If they don’t have the budget of a core resource they shouldn’t expect the resource to travel.
We all know the lack of pension, and inferior parental benefits sting. As does the pay and bonus discrepancy. A lot of us have been making noise about it. No point in arguing on this as it is up to the leadership and they won’t do anything unless the attrition is high , and from what I understand it isn’t much high rn.
Did anyone in USDC make it to Manager this time around?
This happened across the firm, not isolated to USDC unfortunately!
If you are traveling, talk to your partner and switch to core.
