Hi Everyone!!
I am about to start working in ValueLabs as System Analyst (DevOps Engineer).
I am really looking forward for the same and am excited about it. Can anyone who is already working share his/her experience over there, growth perspective, culture and other useful things. Valuelabs

When I was a new campus hire I didn’t get put onto a project until two months in. And then I had to wait to get badged.
If you’re worried about utilization: don’t be. First year it’s totally normal and as long as you have a good story it’s fine.
If you’re bored: take up certifications and/or network. Ask your coach for a warm intro to people within your portfolio.
My suggestion: enjoy the time on the bench getting paid to play video games. You’ll be staffed soon enough.
All the best!
I was in the same boat when I first started. At the time, it felt like I had somehow slipped through the cracks. Though my advice now would be…enjoy it. Keep working on the certifications and grow your skill set. Projects will come, but time to develop skills may not. The free, encouraged training is arguably the biggest perk of Deloitte.
I would keep pushing on your RM and communicate with your Coach or OBA about the lack of response. At least to show that you’re doing everything on your end.
But when I started last July, I had like 5 weeks on the bench to start. Didn’t negatively impact my year end stuff, especially if you just keep account of what trainings you’ve done
Nah don't stress it.
I wasn't staffed for 1 month an a half when I was brand new. In retrospect I would have enjoyed it much more.
What you should do if definitely reach out to people that work on projects you may be interested on. Staffit and the other staffing app are garbage. Personal connections will go a long way :)
Network and chill.. you will be busy and complaining in no time
