Utilization/ Promotion Question:
Started 2022 off with 5 weeks of bench time. It’s killed my utilization. I’m staffed on a project for the remainder of the year but my utilization is currently at 65%. Using the calculator, assuming 40hrs billed and holidays, my utilization will be around 80%. I’m looking for a promo next summer. How bad will that hurt?

How are you all structuring your decks for client presentations?
Basically, since ad school I've stuck with the tried and true format of Insight (1 line on a slide), Idea (1-2 slides w/ a line+key visual), How It Works (executions, etc), and that seems to be the format that a lot of agencies use.
Obviously, this will always vary by agency and project, I'm just curious about the broader structuring rather than getting into the nitty-gritty details.
