And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
Mastercard is not ready to revise offer
Shall I choose netcracker in this case?

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.

Moving back to Ireland later this year and have the opportunity to move back with my current company and work fully remotely with North American clients. When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?
