I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
