Aphids. Very common pest. I usually use an insecticidal soap on them. Lady bugs also eat them.
Wanted to comment that the plant seems to be thriving again. So many new leaves and no bugs

Those are aphids. Squish by hand, blast off with a jet of water, or use insecticidal soap (e.g. Safer) or oil (e.g. Bonide).
There was too many to squish by hand lol not sure where they came from thinking maybe some fruit/vegetables I bought?
Try neem oil part water solution.
Any recommendations on Neem oil brand?
