Do I need to repot this plant?

Great book for this weekend !

Sharing my lilies 😍

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
I’m looking for a Workday Integrations Developer. Anyone interested or know someone who might be up for a move? DM me!

lol there’s no way to tell like this. It does look like a parlor palm though that doesn’t have a long life.
It is really hard to tell in this photo but it does kind of look like it may be getting too big for the pot. Plants will only grow to the size of the environment they are in so if you want it to continue to grow I would probably go ahead and repot it OP.
You could always lift it up carefully and check the roots to see if it's root bound. If so it will probably need a bigger pot
Mite attractor!!
I can’t really see but palms in general are mite attractors. The white I do see in your photo just looks like water spots. Nonetheless I do recommend you repot this if you want to keep it.
