Anyone else want to use this time to get off prescriptions like adderall or the like? Any luck finding a replacement supplement to help with focus? My dr recommended all the strategies I used before 😏

Anyone else feeling the struggle of working from home during COVID-19? Not having the separation of work vs. home has been so rough.
How do you deal with the procrastination and lack of focus that comes along with adhd? I cant work 4 hours straight wihout a break.. take small breaks more often? How to avoid putting things off??
