Yes, I would set my alarm for an hour before wake up and just wake up to take meds and roll back over.
You need some small wins to build up momentum, while simultaneously avoiding the roadblocks that slow you down. Routine can help with this.
I start by checking my email, then adding things to my to do list (including calendaring time to do them), knock out the clerical item on my morning to do list, and then tee up my first working session.
Following because I’ve been having the same issue.
Ooof it’s hard work. I wake up, drink a little bit of an energy drink, gym, cold shower, and then take my meds and sip coffee.
GymWeed drink or L Theanine supplements before bed.
Exercise does it, just have to get up early
