Anyone celebrating 4/20 in West La?
Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

I’ve read somewhere that ADHD brains will crash in the afternoon an unbalanced carb/sugar heavy lunch. It’s true I tend to experience this. Increasing protein and fiber intake during the day has helped me a lot.
I stop for a meal because 1) if I eat at my desk it feels too depressing and 2) nutrition is really important for some other health conditions I have. After eating I try to walk around for 10-20 minutes so that the blood sugar spike doesn’t get me.
Like losing weight? It’s great because you’re less likely to mindlessly consume. You get to be purposeful with your diet
Much like any task I need to do that I don’t remember- just throw it on your calendar
Loss of appetite is a benefit of the meds IMO. I used to eat junk/fast food just to save time and get a quick hit of dopamine. That was 130 pounds ago. Now, I MAKE myself eat even when I'm not hungry but only small portions and I only eat healthy foods: fruit, nuts, veggies, etc. If you make yourself eat healthy when you aren't hungry, you're less likely to ever be tempted to poison yourself with the typical American diet. It can be a tough transition if you aren't used to eating healthy but just keep healthy snacks nearby and make yourself eat them a few times a day. Hope that helps.
