I have a smaller wrist but really like the story and history of the moonwatch. Is there a version that’s slightly smaller that’s not the reduced and has good movement?

I want to get a watch for my husband-to-be but know nothing about them - how much should I budget to spend? Any ladies here that did this and what watch did you get / for how much? Thanks!
