How the f*ck do I get outta Pharma? I’m 27 years old and so far I’ve had a toxic experience with these accounts and now I want out for my mental health - how do I go about this strategically?

Seeing people write about their experiences there tells me nothings changed. And also hearing more layoffs. God Pfizer is ruthless.

How is CoLab these days? I freelanced there a long time ago. As infuriating as I found the dysfunction, it was also rather entertaining.
