Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

How is ua brands company?
Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

I can tell you from experience, the Eversana Intouch online application system is a total black hole. They kept posting and reposting a position earlier this year. My online applications were rejected twice. Finally I reached out to one of their recruiters directly who spoke with me and passed me on to panel interviews.
From my discussions with them, my understanding is that they’re trying to build more of a full service shop. Intouch was digital-first and new management didn’t feel legacy creatives had the chops for full service work. So there were a ton of layoffs and reorg.

This, they’ve been trying to rebrand themselves as a full service agency for years now and I don’t think they have many AOR accounts, just DAOR. They cheapened creative by moving 50+ people into a studio-like team last year and stripping them of their titles. Almost everyone I worked closely with was either laid off or left in the last 18 months, some didn’t even have another role lined up before leaving which tells you all you need to know.
Also they used to regularly interview candidates for roles that didn’t exist in case they won new business. Not sure if they still do this, or if it was just my account, but that always irked me when I’d have to interview someone knowing that there’s no open spot for them.
they have been doing quiet layoffs for over 3 years

I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to take a position there, like someone else said it’s messy af and and they’re constantly laying people off to save a dollar.

The people that I worked with were awesome, it was the dysfunctional nature of the company after the merger that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.
They are hiring! But they're messy
Messy processes
How is the rest of Eversana doing? I applied for a role on their patient support team. Had a few meetings and never heard from them again.
Yeah I had several people put in my resume through and nobody has called me
They are hiring, there are many divisions, its a complicated place in that regard...
What role did you apply for? Some of the more mid level positions get filled quickly. There’s a few CD roles that are still open. It’s a tough market and I have a few former colleagues that reached out for referrals. Keep your hopes up.
I don't understand why in the world your other two didn't receive any response with your referral. Did you put them in the referral portal? Did the recruiting team ("talent acquisition") even call them for initial screen? I'm curious if the recruiting team gate keeps this or they pass it to the hiring manager? In my case I reached out to the talent acquisition people and was ghosted.
Well the recruiting team seems to love to gatekeep there at Eversana
