I started at RFH a few months ago and have been moved around managers. My current manager is extremely nasty and keeps trying to intimidate me. I’ve had very little work to do despite asking around. I was then told my only account has had budget cuts and so I can’t bill any more hours at the moment. I’ve received a verbal offer at Havas Life, but I’ve seen horrible things online. I like my team except my manager, but it seems like she’s out to get me. Should I stick it out at RFH or switch?

Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.
