Sorry to hear that. Not sure things will get better at RFH, but I’ve never heard anything great about Havas life. Have you tried looking into mobility within Publicis?

This is tough because I also have heard Havas isn’t great, but RFH had had quite a few budget cuts recently. If you have an offer you might be wise to take it. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were reductions and if you aren’t billable that puts a target on your back.

Who cares what you heard about Havas? You’re about to be fired. Get out of there and take a job. This is musical chairs. Take the one you can get.
Lmao at the end of the day all agencies can have bad dynamics and it just depends on your unique circumstance. Wait for the formal Havas offer and be transparent to HR and VPs that you want to be at RFH and if they can commit to more hours you’ll stay otherwise you are going to take this offer for job security. It’s rational and reasonable
I’m sorry that things are awful for you! I hate hearing about things happening like that here, but I’d recommend asking for support from your teammates (could be they are dealing with the same feelings/situation) and or talking with HR or RM and asking them if you can transfer teams. Some teams are honestly so amazing. With budget cuts, I think some things are going to shuffle around in Q4. No matter where you end up, good luck!
Havas Life is not good, don’t even consider it. Senior leadership has no idea what they’re doing and layoffs and work life balance are prominent. All of the good senior people have bailed to other agencies and left the clowns in control. Mass exodus is imminent.
