Nice job team! Mondays are often the hardest. Now you have the ball rolling. Keep it up!
A little gratitude goes a long way. Thanking someone is a great way to start growing gratitude in your daily life. Ask yourself: If I had one thank you card to give to any staff member, who would I give it to, and why? Then, thank that person. Tell them why. Watch their face light up! You’ll feel your’s get a little brighter also.
Thank you for having this bowl.
Yes, tomorrow is Monday. You’ve done this before. It might be rough, but nothing you cannot handle. Take a breath. You got this!

It looks different each morning. • Some mornings I jog. • Some mornings I start to jog, give up, & go eat a snack cake. • Sometimes I read. • Some days I sit in the shower & let the water hit my face like rain. •Other mornings I selfishly make my wife coffee, & fold laundry. The point is, the time is mine! When is your time? When do you make time?
Self-care tip: Make it a point to discover (then share with your people) your LIFESAVERS. Lifesaver: preferred item which has unique powers of improving your mood. “My lifesaver is Milo’s Sweet Tea. When I am in “the trenches”, or the world is on fire, or the ship is sinking with me on it, give me a Milo’s Sweet Tea. I will then be able to survive!” Common lifesavers: • snacks (snickers) • drinks (Sweet Tea) • songs/bands (Kokomo) • pop culture references (Ron Swanson quotes) What are yours?
Yoga nidra is my new favorite self care. I sleep deeper, and it doesn't deplete my precious energy. No side effects or injuries, either. I love Mindful Movement on YouTube, and she has a yoga nid…
Take the time to keep yourself strong!
