Good morning and Happy Monday 🤍 How are you ladies getting workouts in since all the gyms are closed? I’m looking for 10 women who would be interested in doing a fitness program with me. Workouts are more fun with other people 💜 I would love for you to join me and we can do the program together. https://www.teambeachbody.com/shop/d/BODStandalone?referringRepID=2457456

Yes please try to make time for yourself every day even if it’s just five minutes to engage in your go to stress relief. Take time to fill your bucket back up so that you can fill other’s. I know it’s difficult because as women we give our all to taking care of others but we must be sure to take care of ourselves as well. Hope things get better.
I can totally sympathize!!! I have been working virtually, and the line between work and home has gotten very blurry! I have had to physically turn the laptop off and force myself to take time for myself and make sure to have quality time with my kiddo.
I am loving livestream concerts! Lots of free concerts, but I have paid for a few as well, and have loved seeing artists performing from their homes! I love being creative as well, and my daughter and I will pull out the craft table and paint or make cards to send to people. On weekends we go to different parks and enjoy picnics outdoors and dropping off care packages (including homemade cards or paintings) with loved ones! We love to play games too! Clue Guess Who is my current favorite!
Hopefully once you take some time to try out a few things, you’ll reignite some personal passions!!! Hang in there!!!! 😊
And, now is a great time to reach out to some friends or acquaintances you haven’t talked to in a while! They may be feeling the same way as you and would welcome connecting! 💕
You have just described the current crises all of us are facing. I have started simple. Puzzles. They are easy to get into. Stop - start whenever you want. Addicting. You can do it with more then one person if you want or not. The picture/scene is up to you.
It is rough. I am sorry this is your current reality.
The previous comments are great suggestions.
We have to be willing to reach out to others.

It’s hard, as a teacher it is so easy to bring it home. I personally worry about my students and how they are going to navigate this crazy world.
I know it’s easier said than done, but carve a little time for just you. Maybe it is a 15 minute walk or get Starbucks on the way home. We all need something that is just for us!
Great idea. I am learning you have to factor in self care or you will be depleted and no good for anyone.
