For those of your that are DIY inclined... I’m trying to wire in my ceiling lamp to this outlet. However, when I wire the black wire to the hot wires, and the white to the neutral, my volt meter indicates that the whole fixture is electrified once I turn on the breaker and the light is dimmer than it should be. I’m stumped - the weird part is that there appears to be two “hot” wires pigtailed together, which I haven’t seen before.
