I went to check out a house I am interested in renting today. Tenant and family are still living at the place and were home. Owner met me there for the tour. I could tell there was tension right away. On my way out, the tenant handed me a folder to help me “make an informed decision”. Owner was fuming and was bashing the tenants as we walked away from the property. 😂

One of many scandals in the folder:

Previous tenant stopped by three months after current tenants moved in. They had just won a case against landlord for keeping their $10k security deposit for the interior needing “paint”. Judge ruled that based on move-out pictures the house did not require paint more severe than regular wear.

On top of that, current tenant had the house painted on their dime when they moved in because the landlord stated the paint was “fine”.

Unfortunately it would have almost as many redactions as the Epstein files.

Do not rent that house. What a stellar tenant!
