I just want to produce fun work with great people. And get paid well. And have it last for at least six months.

You’re briefed on 3 emails on a Monday due the next Monday. You’re not given hours. How many do you charge?

Forget scaling, I just want to pay my bills and not burn out. Why do people look at you crazy when you're okay going solo without some grand vision of building a huge team?

I just had a client pay me three weeks late and act like it was no big deal. But if I miss a deadline by 24 hours all hell breaks lose. I'm way too nice, should I start charging late fees?

Can we please normalize (at least) asking for 14-day turn around on invoices at ad agencies? I am a person, not a bank. Especially when on a day rate, and extra hours are not paid.
