Just wrapped up a huge project that paid well, now I’m staring at an empty calendar. This cycle is starting to exhaust me - one week I’m overbooked, the next I’m panicking. How do you build stability in this line of work?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

My goal is to save 300k by end of 3rd year. HCOL. Do you think I can do it? Or maybe 5th year?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY.
