If you’re only 25% vested you’ll only be able to roll over 25% of it. Any of your contributions that were left in the old plan would of course transfer over 100%.
Yes you can, but you will forfeit 75% of the employer paid balance. Unless you plan to go back to your old firm, go ahead and roll over your 401(k) deferrals and your 25% vested employer contributions.
