So I have a sprained ligament in my hand and need to wear a brace for three weeks. My doctor recommends once it heals, I wear wrist brace/stabilizers when I lift moving forward. Any recos?

Worked out religiously my entire life. Always been + - 5 lbs. Got vertigo and took a break for a solid 7 months. 15 lbs later, I’m finding it hard to fuel my workouts while cutting carbs. Any recco’s?
