Can anyone please share this information those who have retained in TCS recently. As per revised compensation where they will map the extra amount from CTC, is it under variable pay and person allowance? How much percentage they generally added to variable pay for C2 grades.

How much hike can Virtusa provide for 90 days notice period
I have cleared all rounds and shared the documents, HR is saying for 90 Days NP and no offer in hand we can provide maximum of 30% hike as per company policy. (If I bring another offer than they’ll revise it and also add joining bonus)
Also variable component is 9% as per company policy (which is too much )
And I’ve seen other offers of Virtusa having 5% variable
Please suggest how to proceed with this situation.

It's been month I have joined LTI, Got assigned to maintenance and support project with old tech stack. I'm not having latest techstack i.e Angular, .Net core and Azure.
However got package above par. What should I do.. I'm looking for long term with LTI with this salary
