I have total 9 years of experience in IT as a Linux Admin with last 3 years being an AWS Cloud Architect working in on-prem to cloud migration and BAU activities. My next interview is probably gonna be an HR round for salary discussion. How much should I ask for or expect to be ideal for my expertise. The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
