Anyone at Deloitte changed industries? I am moving from commercial to GPS and wondering what are my h1b implications?

Wanted some info on Day1 CPT. April 2021 is my last attempt at H1B. If I don’t get selected in the lottery, when do I have to start with the Day 1 CPT process? Also, does Deloitte allow it?
