I work in audit and have done for the past 2 years. I have had my H-1B for 2 years and expires in a year. I believe I can extend for 3 years with no issues. However, I would like to transfer to a more finance position either in Deloitte or another company. How easy is a visa transfer process? Does it cost a lot of money/time if I choose to change employer? Finally, does anyone know if Deloitte is still doing the visa renewal? Thank you everyone for your time and effort.

Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
