I have recently received an offer letter from NTT data, may i know the average yearly hike and WLB.

Skill: SAP MM
Exp : 4.3 years

I have recently joined NTT DATA. But realised that I am not really liking the project and work here. on top of that they are asking to come back to office. I have offer from other company (WFH) and aware of the work which I want. Should I put my resignation after 2 months of joining in NTT? What could be the negetive impact here?
