Need some advice from anyone going through a similar situation..
My GC application was filed in with a priority date of May-2012. With the recent October 2020 visa bulletin, the Date of Filing for EB3 is showing as May-2015. So Deloitte law firm is asking if I want to downgrade from EB2 to EB3 to take advantage of this situation?
Personally I don't want to undergo the stress of another application with USCIS and would like wait to see how the dates move in the next 2-3 months.
Thoughts please?

Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

I understand that I can use driver’s License but what if they ask for my passport and see the expired visa, which was from my F1 status? Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
