I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

I’ve been approved for H1-B which started on 10/01 this year. I’m changing jobs but my current job is filing an amendment. Can an amendment and transfer be done simultaneously? Has anyone had a similar experience with this?

My L visa has expired and the renewal is not yet approved. The lawyer told me that since we applied for renewal, pending approval my work authorization is extended for a another 240 days. Now, can i still renew my driving license if my i 94 is expired?
