Does Deloitte sponsor green card after 6 months of service ?

Deloitte H1B folks: after your H1b was approved, how long did it take to receive the approval notice? Does USCIS send the notice directly to your address or to the legal team who then sends it to you

Deloitte H1B folks who received RFEs: when Legal team submitted a response to the RFE & requested premium processing, did you receive a final decision within 15 calendar days? Or how long
