What is the typical base salary % raise for Seniors at EY in high COL (e.g. NYC)? Also, I think the bonus is dependent on ratings and 5 star get around 5% PBB right?

Is it worth moving to strategy& from EY ? Currently SC at EY and up for promotion to manager in 2020. FYI came into consulting 1.5 years ago from top 3 MBA school. It will be at their SA role.

EY alpharetta automation competency raises. EY announced 2018 is their big revenue and profit year but raises are shit even with promotions. I am manager-5, 150K, 3% raise. What is your raise?
