We have a Canada PR but are not getting jobs from here so will have to go there and apply. Average salary will be around CAD 80000-85000.

I have a job offer in NZ for 85000 NZD. My wife will be able to work, but will have to go there and find a job.

We are confused what to do, as she feels it will be harder to get a tax job in NZ. Looking for any advice.

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. I got offered a retention bonus with a clawback of 2 years at 20k. I don’t think that’s worthwhile at the manager level given the job market being an employees market. I manage a large account with a highly visible brand with a great relationship with the client. I was going to use this opportunity to renegotiate for many things like early promotion and a salary increase.

Does anyone have tips/suggestions for other things to negotiate for?
