Are EY Promotion Bonuses locked in on October 1st? Or October 15th? I’m wondering if a newly promoted Senior leaves the firm between October 2nd - 14th will they forfeit the Senior Promotion Bonus...

For those up for promotion at EY - when will we know if we’re actually getting promoted?

I'm speaking with EY and KPMG regarding advisory roles. Currently an audit senior 1. Anyways, is there a big salary jump? Has anyone done this jump and what % and/or $ was your raise?
