Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I got a job offer as a Tax Associate at PwC. I want to negotiate the salary but the HR said he cant just increase my salary since that would be unfair to other associates. The only thing he can do is to ask to compensation team and if the team approve, every in-coming associates would get a salary increase. Is that true?
