PSA: Colorado passed a law requiring companies to disclose their compensation ranges in the job posting for all positions.
Use this to your advantage when negotiating given that most consulting firms don’t really adjust for COLA / e.g. if Google pays $150K for a Program Manager in Colorado, surely a NYC program manager should make more.
