How much does a "Head of XYZ" at Google make, split by base and total comp? I see a lot of MBAs end up in such roles and there seem to be a lot of Heads. About 10yrs experience for these folks at Google, if that matters.

I am Senior Project Manger and Product Owner in the government arena. I had 10 years experience in product ownership, software engineer management and agile, business and strategic consulting prior to jumping over to the public sector. Current pay is 170s. I am looking at moving back over to the private sector. Is it reasonable to expect that level of pay for a project/program manager role?

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?
