Recruitment Referral Incentives - Looking to see what other firms are doing as rep referral incentives, many of our advisors are sending us referrals and want to show some sort of financial gratitude.
I am on a H1B visa in the States and the amount of stress it has caused me recently is ridiculous. It's so hard to just move though when you've settled in and made a home for yourself.
Why would my manager respond to personal information I share regarding an unsafe situation in my home requiring me to take PTO and move with the help of police, with the question “do you think this is the right role for you?” Clearly this person has no emotional intelligence.
