Lol

Is GT hiring??

I came over as an experienced senior a couple years back and got 5k more. But it was right after I got a raise at my previous firm. And, most importantly, I came over for work life balance issues and just the lack of respect at my prior firm.

Absolutely. But it depends on the group/office. And think about what is driving you to leave EY and if it really will be different at another firm. I see a lot of people move firms and end up in industry a year later.

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.
